The training takes place Friday 7th August – Sunday 16th August with a break day (no classes) on Tuesday 11th August. That’s a whole nine days of teaching.
Jambo is making this Anatomy and Physiology Training an interactive and virtual event delivered using Zoom (you’ve heard of Zoom, right?).
This means there’s no need to worry about the coronavirus pandemic making travel hard, or paying for travel or accommodation.
Jambo is highly experienced in creating a fun, interactive and experiential learning experience online, that will get you understanding anatomy better than ever before.
Since this is a virtual event, timings will depend on where you are in the world:
UK TIME: 11:00-17:15
NEW YORK TIME: 06:00-12:15
JAKARTA TIME: 17:00-23:15
SEOUL TIME: 19:00-01:15
Each day begins with a practice session that includes Calling in the Four Directions, Chanting, and Meditation followed by an asana practice, which will have an emphasis on a theme or directional movement pattern such as forward bends, backbends, inversions, arm balances, or standing poses.
In the second part of the day you will explore the day’s theme in greater depth. Jambo will guide you to perceive anatomy holistically. You will learn tools to help you be more effective with assisting and teaching, whether face to face or online.
There will be a 90 minute break each day.
You may be given some additional tasks to do as homework each day.
Sessions will be recorded so you can review material at your leisure after the course.
