The training takes place across six days: Monday 10th – Saturday 15th August, 2020, with sessions running 10am-1pm and 3-7pm.
Each day begins with a Morning Intensive that includes Calling in the Four Directions, Chanting, and Meditation followed by an asana practice, which will have an emphasis on a theme or directional movement pattern such as forward bends, backbends, inversions, arm balances, or standing poses.
In the afternoon you will explore the day’s theme in greater depth. Jambo will guide you to perceive anatomy holistically. You will learn to be more effective with your hands when assisting and working one-on-one.
You may be given some additional tasks to do as homework in the evenings.
