About the Training

This nine-day virtual training goes beyond the basic anatomy and physiology included in most yoga teacher trainings. You will learn to see structural patterns in the body through greater awareness of the myofascial system and increase your confidence in teaching and assisting yoga.

Schedule and Price

Each day starts with an intense yoga practice introducing a theme such as forward bends, backbends, inversions, arm balances, or standing poses.  In the afternoon you will learn more about that theme through working directly with fascia, sensing skills, and self-assists.

About Jambo

Jambo Truong – also known as Jambo Dragon to his friends and students – is a multi-disciplinary practitioner who has trained hundreds of yoga teachers and bodyworkers across the globe.  He is a Forrest Yoga Guardian, a senior mentor trained by Ana Forrest herself.
